What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a comment on a resource (seems like any resource)
2. Click "Publish"
3. Error
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see my comment published. Instead, I see a red pop up box
(top-center) saying "A server error occurred.Show Details Dismiss"
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Linux/Firefox
