Comment #2 on issue 2678 by [email protected]: making the review
item "Fixed" does not do anything

when I click on Fixed, both the "Fixed" and "Drop" button becomes disabled.
If I refresh the page or altogether close it and open the page again, it
seem to be back to not being "fixed" because still "Fixed" button is
enabled. Thanks.
