 - svn 1.6.17
 - reviewboard 1.6.3
 - python 2.7.2
 - RBTools 0.4.2

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. post-review -o -d or post-review -o -d --username <ID> --password <Password>


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected opening web browers.
But printing error message.


What operating system are you using? What browser?
Win7, IE, Chrome
