If this is the wanted behaviour, then let me put it that way:
What is the expected output?
After clicking "fixed" or "drop" every user (especially the reviewer)
should see the issue as resolved.
What do you see instead?
The issue is still open for other users (red icon).
Note that if somebody adds a comment to the issue then she suddenly sees
the updated status of the issue.
