What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fill out the required fields: Summary, Reviewers.
2. Add text to the Description field as required.
3. Erase everything from the the Description field. (Will show the previous
text.)
4. Publish
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The text that was displayed in the description field.
Actual: Empty description field.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
