I don't know where to find this information.
What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a screenshot image to a review board entry.
2. Use the entry for a while until the screenshot becomes inaccessible.
3. Try to re-upload the screenshot image.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Original screenshot does not become inaccessible over time.
or At Least: Screenshot can be re-uploaded at any time.
Instead: Original screenshot becomes inaccessible over time.
and: Screenshot cannot be re-uploaded.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Fedora 14 with Firefox 19.0
