What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a new user login with LDAP credentials
2. View user's information
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User's lastName is where firstName is and vice-versa.
Also, lastname has a comma at the end.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 7, IE9
