RB 1.7.13, Django 1.4.6, Python 2.6.6, mod_wsgi 3.3, Apache 2.2.16
What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
First page ever to load. E.G. Fails to start
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install RB as instructed.
2. Install-config with rb-site install
3. adjust apache site-... files.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The RB site loaded.
Instead: Internal server error
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Debian 6

in python run as sudo the import works fine, righs change on libs folders
