There is no custom code in our install (used to have in previous versions,
but not any more)
No, there is only a few users experiencing this issue. Others don't seem to
have this problem. I subscribe to a group belong to my team and it works
fine for myself.
I did examine these users accounts in auth_user table, nothing out of usual
was discovered.
