Summary: Logo + Title, Navigation Bar are too small to tap accurately, see
text without zoom, search text is too small to use
Possible Solutions: Use typical mobile navigation icon
(http://fontawesome.io/icon/bars/) to open up a sliding menu for
navigation. Search should have a search icon which opens up an input text
