Note that using easy_install to install a development release (e.g. a 2.0
beta release) still causes downloads.reviewboard.org/nightlies/ to be
searched:
$ easy_install -f
http://downloads.reviewboard.org/releases/ReviewBoard/2.0/ -U ReviewBoard
