--db-name parameter is inaccurate

Describe the problem and any recommendations below.
the --db-name parameter says "(not used for sqlite3)." while it should
actually say "(database file path for sqlite3)" otherwise the instruction
won't work for a user that wants to use sqlite3 as a db engine.
Please provide any additional information below.
