New issue 3310 by [email protected]: In submitters list can we separate
columns for outgoing and incoming reviews

In submitters list currently "Pending Reviews" column only shows the
incoming reviews to the submitter. It will be helpful to show both incoming
and outgoing reviews as separate columns
