There was also an update to Django to track the latest requirements.
Unpack djblets tarball
cd djblets
python setup.py build
python setup.py install
cd ..
Unpack reviewboard tarball
cd reviewboard
python setup.py build
python setup.py install
rb-site upgrade /srv/reviewboard/reviews.cea.com.au
/etc/init.d/memcached stop;/etc/init.d/apache2
restart;/etc/init.d/memcached start
