What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a review request using Git
2. Insert a hyperlink to website using markdown on the review board webui.
Example: Check [google](https://google.ca)
3. Publish the review request using the review board web ui.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Neither the code reviewer nor myself can access the link
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP x64
Google Chrome, Version: 35.0.1916.114 m
Please provide any additional information below.
On the Description field of the review request, currently the field gets
populated with the work item I am currently working on. I wish to create an
auto-links with the text in the Description field and the actual work item.
Is there any documentation available to show me how to implement this?
