New issue 3428 by [email protected]: 'rbt post' should report review id
if it creates the review but fails to finish updating it

What version are you running?
RBTools 0.6.1, Review Board 2.0.1
Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
When 'rbt post' creates a review request but fails to update all the
fields, it displays an error message but not the review id. Since a draft
has been created, it would be useful to have the review id to
publish/update/close the request.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 8.1 and Firefox 30.
Please provide any additional information below.
The error was because I mistyped the review group:
ERROR: Error updating review request draft: One or more fields had errors
(HTTP 400, API Error 105)
