New issue 3527 by [email protected]: Possibility to manually mark parts
of line in diff viewer

It would be nice to have a possibility to manually mark parts of a line in
the Review Board diff viewer.
If someone hands in a review request for a diff with several new lines,
this would give the reviewer the possibility to comment for example on the
name of a function or variable and suggest to give a different name.
