What version are you running? 1.7.18

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
I would recommend having a remind button on the toolbar - where we have
Update, Review, View etc. This button when clicked will result in an email
being sent to all reviewers who have not issued a ship-it.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Mac OSX , Chrome.
