Comment #2 on issue 3632 by text input via paste not recognized without additional keystroke

I'm not sure that 3592 is really the same as the bug I reported (3632).

In my case, the cut and paste 'works' in the sense that the text appears in the pasted input field. The problem is that the web page does not realize it has received a change to that input field, so it considers it unchanged.

If these are being lumped together because they are both cut-n-paste errors, then yes, in that general sense they are the same.
