Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Currently to perma-link to the latest (or first diff when it is alone) diff
revision you need to manually specify the revision by modifying the url.
I think always showing the diff revision url fully when dealing with the
latest revision would make more sense for permalinking.
Another option would be to offer some hotkey (like github's 'y' key hotkey)
which would modify the short url into the perma-link url.
