Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
There are times when it's useful to evaluate whether or not it was right
for a file to be removed. It's useful to be able to see the contents of
that file in order to make that determination.
In https://reviews.reviewboard.org/r/5785/, it looks like a "this file was
deleted" message is displayed instead, but perhaps we should show a
different message, like "The file was deleted (Show content)", where "Show
content" would be a link to expand the diff to show the deleted file.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
OS X 10.8.5, Firefox 38
