What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a repo to create an issue for.
2. There is no option to manually provide a parent diff.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see the option to provide a parent diff manually!
What operating system are you using? What browser?
firefox on Ubuntu
It looks like this was removed in a recent version. Can we have that option
back?
