New issue 3839 by [email protected]: Decorate email subjects with project
name to allow email filtering

I'm on a number of reviewboard groups and it is very difficult to filter
them using outlook rules. It would be good if I could redirect projects
that are of lower importance into subfolders using rules.
These rules generally run on metadata in the email headers. However I can't
see any way for reviewboard to include the project name in the email
subject.
Being able to do this would be great.
