Clicking on the star on the dashboard after adding star column opens the review 

# What version are you running?

# What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

# What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose to add the star column from the Edit Columns menu on the dashboard
2. Click the star in order to highlight it

# What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the star to be highlighted.  But instead, the review request is 
opened. When I return to the dashboard, the star is not highlighted. After I 
reload the page, I am able to click the star to highlight it.

# What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 7
Chrome Version 52.0.2743.116 m
