Diff is not displayed after uploading a diff file

3.0.14
# What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
/r/{review_request_id}/
# What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new review without a diff, for example using the api
2. Go the new review request and upload a file: Update --> Upload diff
3. The diff is uploaded but it is not displayed
4. In Safari (only) refreshing the page the diff is displayed.
# What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In previous reviewboard version (3.0.8 for example), after uploading a diff
file, the diff was automatically displayed for verification before publishing
the review.
In 3.0.14 after uploading the diff, the diff header doesn't appear.
# What operating system are you using? What browser?
MacOS, Safari. For chrome and firefox the diff is not displayed after
publishing the review request.
