We use Let's encrypt SSL certificates.
Both reviewboard and gitlab instances are in separated containers and
served by nginx reverse proxy.
Gitlab downgrade to 11.x didn't solve problem.
Reviewboard installed from bitnami stack in 3.0.8 version then upgraded to
3.0.15.
