D'oh! I found out. The problem obviously is in my diffwrapper script.
I normally use vimdiff for diffing or normal diff for diffs for
reviews (invoked by svn diff -x u command). So it's GNU diff which
obviously put the dates there not the SVN.

So now I'm able to upload diffs! :)
