I added the line to vhosts.conf file

"Options FollowSymLinks"

When i tried accessing the http://135.254.219.50/media/ - I got this
error on the browser

Page not found (404)
Request Method: GET
Request URL:    http://135.254.219.50/error/HTTP_FORBIDDEN.html.var
