The created apache-fastcgi.conf looks like this::

        DocumentRoot /var/www/mydomain/htdocs
        ...
        # Direct all other requests to the fastcgi server
        RewriteEngine on
        RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
        RewriteRule ^/(.*)$ /reviewboard.fcgi/$1 [QSA,L]

It should look like this::

        # Direct all other requests to the fastcgi server
        RewriteEngine on
        RewriteCond /var/www/mydomain/htdocs%{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
        RewriteRule ^/(.*)$ /reviewboard.fcgi/$1 [QSA,L]

Otherwise Django will try to serve the static files because the
filename is aliased it will never exist unless you supply the full
path.
