I don't have clearcase installed. I am working with svn.

I changed the lines
    for tool in (SVNClient(), CVSClient(), GitClient(), MercurialClient
(),
                 PerforceClient(), ClearCaseClient()):
to
    for tool in (SVNClient(), CVSClient(), GitClient(), MercurialClient
(),
                 PerforceClient()):
and the error disappears.

Are there some error-handling problems?
