Hi,

Strange, this is the first time I've seen that issue with mod_python myself.
We generally recommend mod_python, as it's worked pretty well for us.

mod_wsgi should work, but we don't support generating mod_wsgi configuration
out of the box yet.

As for mod_fastcgi, it looks like for whatever reason, the $PATH environment
variable was never set for that user. That's important. It should be at
least set to /bin:/usr/bin. You may have to set it in reviewboard.fcgi or
something.
