Assuming you provided "/reviewboard/" during rb-site install, you can
do following:-

1. ..\Apache2.2\conf\httpd.conf
enable Virtual hosts by removing # from Include statement.

# Virtual hosts
#Include conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.conf

2. Copy-past content of <rb-site-directory>\conf\apache-modpython.conf
