The short answer is that you can embed a link in the review request which allows reviewers to easily read the bug.
Long answer: When configuring a repository, you can include a URL that will be used to access the bug tracker. You include %s where the bugid needs to be substituted. for example http://mybugtracker.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/bug.cgi?TicketID=%s The %s is replaced with the bugid in the URL displayed to the screen.
