Ok, I got it working now, thanks for the hint!

I had to install MinGW and build pycrypto with it.
(for you other guys with the same problem: "setup.py build --
compiler=mingw32")

This is our project server and windows is the only option. In my own
company I only use linux servers, and of course I've never encountered
a DLL-hell there :)
