Hi,

That is bizarre. So your initial install grabbed 1.5.2? I haven't seen this
before. What you're doing looks fine, and I know others have
installed/upgraded to 1.5.6. It's almost as if the version matching is
busted, or it's somehow locked in to using 1.5.2 only.

What happens if you do:

   easy_install -U ReviewBoard==1.5.6
