That's an unrelated error, and is only a warning. You can safely ignore it.
The actual problem is going to be found in the reviewboard.log. Notice all the "Domain controller is down" and "Error" and "No such file or directory" errors. That indicates some sort of configuration issue on your end with the LDAP server.
