Hi Curtis, Diffs don't natively support any form of binary files, and are in general left out. If you look at a diff generated with binary files, you probably won't see anything but a marker saying that the file is binary.
We started building some support for uploading binary files alongside the diff, but we're not there yet. It will come in a 1.7.x release. For now, what you can do is manually upload (through drag-and-drop, if using a modern browser) those files into the review request.
