You can't. We require easy_install. You can download every dependency, and
easy_install them manually, but we don't provide any list of what you'd
need.

We're dropping support for installing on Windows, as it tends to be a
support nightmare, isn't as efficient, and not all of our dependencies work
well on it. We'll require Linux going forward. If you're a Windows shop,
you can try installing in a Linux VM, or look into hosting at
http://rbcommons.com/
