You can try (in Ubuntu):

*1. Create diff file from existing 2 commits* (*f6f51483e608c1* - hash of 
1-st commit (not full length), *b48fd401d27874* - hash of 2-nd commit (not 
full length)).

devel3@devel3:~/$ git diff --full-index *f6f51483e608c1* *b48fd401d27874* > 
tmp.diff

*2. Post to Review board*
devel3@devel3:~/$ post-review --diff-filename=tmp.diff
