Hi Usha, This sounds like the Perforce credentials that are set up on the Review Board server are incorrect, or a P4 ticket has expired (which modern versions of Review Board will deal with automatically -- not sure which version you're using).
You would need to have the administrator check on this and make sure the credentials are correct for that server.
