You have both Python 2.6 and 2.7 on there. Your mod_wsgi is set for Python
2.7, which means your only option for running Review Board (or anything
else using mod_wsgi) is to install those modules using Python 2.7. Doing so
shouldn't cause any problems for CPanel at this point, if things are
otherwise working.
