I have the following RBTools version on a windows 7 machine and while doing 
rbt setup-repo I get the following error

C:\Users\suthakka\workspace\asdm\depot\asdm\dc>rbt setup-repo

CRITICAL: 'Namespace' object has no attribute 'p4_client'

Upon using the -d option I get the following

Is this a perforce problem, a config problem or a rbt tools problem
