I add the details as in the documentation, save all is ok- no way to test 
if it was added properly, and when I go to create review request, I can not 
see the repository, thought I configured it to be public.


I tried to enable logging  in order to figure out what goes wrong but then 
I get the message that folder does not exist.


review board 2.0.12 was installed on osx.

the hosting service is bitbucket, it’s a private mercurial repository owned 
by a team.
