Thanks Christian - I stumbled into the same solution, but also had 
permission problems with /var/www/<rbname>/tmp. Once both were fixed, 
things seem fine. rbi setup-repo failed initially - I presume because of 
the permission problems - so I configured the .reviewboardrc file by hand.
