Hi Sam, There's no feature for this. This is something that many companies already have a dedicated setup for (a mailing list, or some helpdesk with announcements on downtime), and so we haven't put together our own.
We are evaluating adding a feature to show a Maintenance Mode page when going through this process, but there's no ETA.
