Hi Sam, We've discussed adding this, and might someday, but it's definitely not coming in 2.5 or 2.6.
We are, however, going to be adding support for creating multiple general comments that can open issues, which can always be used to discuss the description or other fields. This is tentatively scheduled for 2.6.
