Thanks Christian, that did the trick.
Had to run it for 2 indexes, affected 1/2 million rows in that table :)
drop index diffviewer_filediff_4d02a56a on diffviewer_filediff;
drop index diffviewer_filediff_79f4fcf6 on diffviewer_filediff;
Just waiting on 2.5.1 now.
