Hi,

Looks like we have a logging import missing, which we'll have to fix. For
now, you can edit /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/ReviewBoard-2.5.6.1-
py2.6.egg/reviewboard/hostingsvcs/forms.py, and put the following near the
top of the file:

    import logging

(Note that it must go after the "from __future__ import unicode_literals".)

Then restart Apache and try again. You should get better information in the
Review Board log. If you can locate that and paste it here, I'll be able to
look into it further, and will have other questions for you at that time.
