Don't try to use the Django version shipped in EPEL 6, it's too old. EPEL 7 (For Red Hat Enterprise Linux/CentOS 7) has Django 1.6 which works with ReviewBoard 2.5.
Or on EPEL 6, just remove the RPM packages entirely and install ReviewBoard with pip.
