We can't name names, but we're aware of some installs as big as 2-4 million review requests and several thousand users, which is kind of amazing. I'm told Review Board works well at that scale (though they've beefed up the hardware to help, primarily for the database and memcached server). Those are outliers from some of the oldest installs. Most installs I've seen are in the hundreds of thousands range, like yours. (Btw, the new diff storage in Review Board 2.5 is much more efficient, and if you were to run condensediffs, it should shrink quite a bit. We've seen as high as 80% reductions.) What about others?
